PS 166’s Spring Auction Gala is a fantastic night out for parents and staff, and our biggest fundraiser of the year! Each spring, the PS 166 PTA hosts an online auction and evening out, with all proceeds going to our school. Local businesses donate hundreds of gift certificates, outings and products which are auctioned off online. Each class creates a unique piece of artwork that is auctioned off, and teachers auction off exciting outings. The event culminates in a fabulous night out for parents and administration where the PS 166 community mingles, dances, and raises much needed funding for our school.
Each spring, PS 166 hosts a magnificent night of cabaret-style performances from some of New York’s biggest Broadway stars. At Broadway Sings!, children and their families from the school and community have the opportunity to get a taste of Broadway as they watch these talented actors perform. Fun for the whole family, and a fundraiser for our school! Hope to see you there!
Each spring, PS 166 sets up a book fair in our school library. Children and parents are invited to visit the library and purchase books all week, with all proceeds going to the school.
