What to Do When Your Child is Absent

If your child absent from school, you must do the following: 

    1. Send an email to and copy your child's teacher. (Nobody else needs to be copied on the email.)
    2. When your child returns to school, submit a paper note that includes an explanation of absence.
    3. If you child is absent for three or more days, a doctor's note is required.
